Continuing his dream run at the box office, Ayushmann Khurrana‘s latest offering ‘ Dream Girl‘ has crossed another major milestone. The Raaj Shaandilyaa directorial quirky-comedy has crossed the coveted Rs 100 crore mark at the box office in just 12 days. This is the second film in Ayushmann’s career to cross the major mark. His first film to do so is last year’s ‘Badhaai Ho’.
As per the latest report on Boxofficeindia.com, on Tuesday, the film managed to rake in Rs 3.25 crore on its twelfth day at the box office. The film has managed to collect a total of Rs 101.62 crore in twelve days at the box office.
The film should cross $4 million in Overseas as US / Canada has done well. The film is challenging the lifetime number of ‘Badhaai Ho’ in India but remains well off from Overseas number as ‘Badhaai Ho’ did a business of $6.7 million.
The film also stars Annu Kapoor, Vijay Raaz, Abhishek Bannerjee, Manjot Singh, Nidhi Bisht, Rajesh Sharma, Raj Bhansali among others.
Written and helmed by Raaj Shandilya who will be making his directorial debut, ‘Dream Girl‘ is produced by Ekta Kapoor, Shobha Kapoor, and Aashish Singh. The film hit the screens on September 13.
