Kriti Sanon becomes the latest Bollywood celeb to join in the cast of Saif Ali Khan, Prabhas and Sunny Singh starrer ‘Aditipurush’ helmed by filmmaker Om Raut. She will be essaying the role of Sita opposite South superstar Prabhas as Ram.
Breaking the news on social media, the actress revealed that she is proud and honored to be a part of the film as she received a warm welcome from her film team. Sharing a picture with her co-stars, she wrote, “A new journey begins.. #ADIPURUSH ❤️ This one is too special….Proud, honoured and beyond excited to be a part of this magical world.
Earlier, Sunny Singh who had kickstarted the shoot last month, was surprised with a bouquet and a letter sent to him by the director that read, “Dear Sunny, Thank you again to be there…First day of our new journey together. God willing many more such. Luv, Om.”
As per reports, Sunny Singh will be seen in the role of Laxman while Prabhas is reportedly essaying the character of Lord Ram paired with Kriti as Sita. On the other hand, Saif Ali Khan will be seen essaying the role of villain in the magnum opus.
