Netflix on Thursday announced the second film with Lindsay. Following the two-picture deal announcement, the actress, who had already signed Falling For Christmas, has signed second rom-com Irish Wish.
The logline reads, “When the love of her life gets engaged to her best-friend, Maddie puts her feelings aside to be a bridesmaid at their wedding in Ireland. Days before the pair are set to marry, Maddie makes a spontaneous wish for true love, only to wake up as the bride-to-be. With her dream seeming to come true, Maddie soon realizes that her real soulmate is someone else entirely.”
According to Variety, Falling for Christmas, which is set to premiere on November 10, is a story around the “holiday meet-cute features Lohan as a newly engaged heiress who takes a tumble while skiing and wakes up with a case of amnesia.”
Meanwhile, Irish Wish is being directed by Janeen Damian, written by Kirsten Hansen, Ron Oliver, Janeen Damian and Michael Damian and produced by MPCA’s Brad Krevoy; Riviera Films’ Michael Damian.
