Emily in Paris season 3 debuts at No. 2 on Netflix; gets 117.6 million hours of viewership

Lili Collins starrer Emily in Paris season three has finally dropped on Netflix and the rom-com has already made its way into the Top 10 on the streaming giant’s viewership chart. According to Deadline, the third season, which debuted on December 21, has garnered 117.6M hours viewed, making it No. 2 on the U.S. English-language chart. The third installment landed in the Top 10 in 93 countries. Meanwhile, Season 1 also made its way back into the Top 10 last week with 11.5 million hours of viewership.

On the other hand, Wednesday continued its reign of remaining at No. 1 with another 118.5 million hours of viewership, marking its fifth week sitting atop the English-language TV chart.

As per the report, the royal docuseries Harry & Meghan was bumped from the No. 2 spot by Season 1 of The Recruit, which tallied about 95.6 million hours viewed. The Witcher: Blood Origin also debuted this week and took the No. 7 spot on the list with 15.9 million hours viewed.

Meanwhile, Netflix’s biggest English-language shows like Stranger Things 4, Wednesday and Monster: The Jeffrey Dahmer Story have all crossed 1 billion hours of viewership, based on Netflix’s data from January 1, 2022 to December 18, 2022.
