It’s been a fruitful year for Kartik Aaryan! From his box office success of Bhool Bhulaiyaa 2 to his latest performance in Freddy, Aaryan managed to have a good work year. It’s no surprise then that Kartik has amassed fans across the country and the numbers only seem to grow with every passing day. Interestingly, the actor is also a favourite of Indian cricketer Yastika Bhatia, who met Kartik while he was filming Satyaprem Ki Katha in Gujarat.
The cricketer, who was named in India’s team for the 2022 Women’s Cricket World Cup in New Zealand and for the cricket tournament at the 2022 Commonwealth Games in Birmingham this year, posted an image with Kartik as her parents accompanied her.
The film will mark Kartik Aaryan & Kiara Advani coming together for the second time after their last venture Bhool Bhulaiyaa 2. Satya Prem Ki Katha also marks a collaboration between NGE and Namah Pictures. Interestingly, Sajid Nadiadwala and Shareen Mantri Kedia with Kishor Arora & director Sameer Vidwans won a National Award for their respective feature films. Satyaprem Ki Katha will be releasing in theatres on June 29, 2023.
Meanwhile, Kartik Aaryan will next star in Freddy which is seeing a direct-to-digital release. The announcement was made on October 27 that the film will premiere on Disney+ Hotstar. It stars Alaya F opposite Kartik Aaryan. It marks his second digital release after Dhamaka. He also has Kabir Khan’s next which was announced a couple of months ago and Captain India.
