For the last one week, B-town is bustling with festivities, bashes and lots of celebrations. The mood was on high gear last evening with all celebs bringing in Diwali 2022 in their own way. But this year, it was definitely special for a couple in Bollywood who had many reasons to celebrate this year. Ranbir Kapoor and Alia Bhatt, who tied the knot in April, are also expecting their first child. Considering the same, the actors recently brought in Diwali by spending time with their family and the proud mother Neetu Kapoor took to social media to share glimpses from the same.
Neetu Kapoor was earlier seen attending the Diwali Bash at the Kapoors. The annual festival lunch at the Kapoor Khandaan is always a lavish affair and Neetu was seen bonding with them and also spent time with the lovely ladies Karisma Kapoor and Kareena Kapoor Khan. In the evening, she attended the Diwali celebrations at her son and daughter-in-law’s residence at Vaastu in Bandra. Along with her, Shaheen Bhatt and Soni Razdan were also a part of the festivities. The entire gang posed for a selfie together which was shared by Neetu on her Instagram with the caption, ‘Happy Diwali.’
Followed by that, she also shared a couple of other glimpses from the celebrations on her Instagram story. While one of them was a selfie with all the ladies in the house, the other was a photo of her doing the Lakshmi Puja at their residence.
Ranbir Kapoor and Alia Bhatt announced the arrival of their first child in June 2022 after they tied the knot in April 2022. Their families also recently hosted a lovely baby shower for Alia Bhatt which was attended by most of the members of the Kapoor and Bhatt family. On the work front, the couple was last seen in Brahmastra which released last month after being on floors for almost seven years.
