Amid Pathaan fever, Paulo Coelho calls Shah Rukh Khan a “Great Actor”

There is a dialogue in the Shah Rukh Khan starrer Pathaan, which goes “Mausam bigadne wala hai, apni kursi ki peti bandh lijiye.” Well, more than just being a dialogue, it was indeed a warning from King Khan. Ever since the film was released in theatres, it has been breaking or making records at the box office. Amid this high fever of Pathaan across the country, Shah Rukh Khan is receiving love from foreign lands as well. Recently, Brazilian lyricist, Paulo Coelho has also heaped praise on SRK.

On Thursday, The Alchemist author took to his verified Twitter handle and re-shared a tweet of SRK. In the tweet, which was originally shared on January 30, SRK can be seen greeting his fans gathered outside his residence in Mumbai, Mannat. Meanwhile, thousands of fans can be seen showering love on Shah Rukh. In the tweet, he wrote, “Mehmaan Nawaazi Pathaan ke ghar par… Thank u all my Mehmaans for making my Sunday so full of love. Grateful. Happy. Loved.”

Coming back to Paulo’s tweet, it read, ‘King. Legend. Friend. But above all GREAT ACTOR (for those who don’t know him in the West, I strongly suggest “My name is Khan- and I am not a terrorist”).’

Besides Shah Rukh, it also features John Abraham and Deepika Padukone. In the Siddharth Anand directorial, Dimple Kapadia and Ashutosh Rana also play significant characters. Speaking of Pathaan’s performance, the spy thriller has collected Rs. 348.50 crores. So far, the film has broken close to 17 records.
