ATEEZ announces comeback in December 2022; drops teaser in the form of mysterious QR codes; watch video

South Korean pop band ATEEZ, which recently wrapped up their second day of Chiba concert in Japan, has announced much-anticipated return this month. The group is set to make comeback with new single album “Spin Off: From The Witness” on December 30.

As reported by Korean tabloid Soompi, the group dropped teaser in the form of mysterious QR codes marked on the dark-themed posters of “HALATEEZ” in the Hongdae neighborhood of Seoul, as well as the venue of ATEEZ’s Chiba concert. The eight-member group ended the December 12 concert with a teaser VCR hinting at a comeback.

When scanned, the QR codes directed viewers to an Instagram account that had posted both ATEEZ’s comeback poster and the teaser video from the concert earlier that day. The video ends with the text, “I’VE SEEN IT, WILL YOU?”.

According to an unconfirmed report by Korean news outlet Edaily, “Spin Off : From The Witness” is a brand-new single album, which ATEEZ will promote through the beginning of 2023 ahead of the European leg of their “The Fellowship: Break The Wall” world tour.

Meanwhile, ATEEZ performed in 8 cities in North and South America, ending the year performing in Japan for their “Break The Wall” world tour. On December 1, the Europe leg of the world tour was announced for February 2023. ATEEZ are set to perform in Amsterdam, Berlin, Brussels, London, Madrid, Copenhagen and Paris.
