Rajkummar Rao pens an emotional note remembering his mother: Nothing would have been possible without your blessings.

Rajkummar Rao shared a charming childhood memory on Instagram while also sharing an emotional note remembering his mother.“It’s been 5 years, Maa, since you left us, but ,there has not even been a single day since, wherein, I haven’t felt your presence. Nothing in this world would have been possible for me without your blessings and I know your blessings are still there with me. Mothers are the best and there is nothing in this world more valuable than a mother. I see you in every mother out there,” wrote the actor.

He also expressed that his parents would be showering him with blessings and added, “I’ll always try and make you proud Mummy ji. Thank you,for teaching me the two valuable lessons- 1)Compassion 2)Too always have faith despite the unfriendly circumstances. I am proud to be your son.”

Rajkummar Rao recently announced the wrap of ‘Badhaai Do’, wherein he is paired opposite Bhumi Pednekar. The film features Rajkummar in the role of a cop by the name of Shardul Thakur while Bhumi plays a PT teacher by the name of Sumi. Apart from this, Rajkummar has also signed up the Hindi remake of Telugu cop thriller ‘HIT’, which stands for Homicide Intervention Team. The Hindi version will be directed by Sailesh Kolanu, who had also helmed the original Telugu drama.
